Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item is unused and in original packaging with all tags

Non-returnable items

• Personal care or hygiene products once opened
• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after inspection
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or wrong item
